Training Funds available to Kea members

Kinetic Construction and the KEA understand the importance of a well-trained crew. That's why a contribution of 0.5% of gross wages to the Education and Training Program was negotiated as part of the collective agreement.  The Employees' Association has partnered with the Construction Industry Training Network (CITN) to offer you personalized services and support as you navigate your career in the construction industry. Membership gives you access to learning supports, discounts on training courses, apprenticeship and much more. Additionally, Kinetic offers a wide range of valuable and relevant training through their KCL Academy of Learning.
