Kinetic Construction and the KEA understand the importance of a well-trained crew. That's why a contribution of 0.5% of gross wages to the Education and Training Program was negotiated as part of the collective agreement. Kinetic offers a wide range of valuable and relevant training through their KCL Academy of Learning. Speak to your supervisor about your career path and educational opportunities available to you.
