Your plan includes coverage such as life insurance, dental, prescription drugs and long-term disability. Health and dental benefits are paid 50% by the employer and 50% by the employee. A matching group RSP program is available to KEA members. After 6 months service the employer will contribute, on a matching basis, up to 3% of wages. After 10 years of service, the employer will contribute, on a matching basis, of up to 5% of wages. Click on the link below to request more information.
