What is the Kea
The Employees' Association at Kinetic is a distinctive model of labour representation, offering several benefits compared to a traditional union. It is important to note that this model is no different from a traditional union in the eyes of the law. It is governed by elected board members from within the membership and operations are managed by dedicated labour relations representatives. Advantages of this model over a typical Union are:
